MINISTRY FOCUS

The Cadence Care Team—through the avenues of Pastoral Care, Member Care, and Kids Care—exists to shepherd and nurture the hearts and souls of Cadence leaders, missionaries, headquarters staff, and families.

The team serves as a source of spiritual encouragement, emotional support, relational connection, and practical assistance—helping those in Cadence remain prayerfully dependent, grounded in faith, and connected to the heart of God amid the unique pressures of vocational ministry. By reflecting Christ’s love and compassion, the Cadence Care Team seeks to minister to those who have been called to share their lives and the gospel with the military community.
