MINISTRY FOCUS

The Pastoral Care Team provides counseling, crisis care, mentoring, training, encouragement and support to Cadence missionaries in every field.

The Pastoral Care team was established in fall of 2006 when Gene and Anne Poppino joined Cadence. Through the years, the PCT has grown from one couple into a larger team. At the same time, their scope of ministry has grown too. They have expanded and in addition to caring for current missionaries they actively work with missionary candidates, and develop safety programs for children, and develop mission-wide training programs.
