Scott and Rebecca Crawford established the Jacksonville Cadence House in 2021. Their heartfelt commitment to supporting young Sailors in Jacksonville has fostered a community rich in love, support, and lasting friendships. As empty nesters, the Crawfords relish the opportunity to welcome military personnel into their home each week.

The Jacksonville Cadence House has primarily focused on serving enlisted Sailors at Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS JAX) but has recently begun plans to extend its outreach to Sailors at Naval Station Mayport as well.

Each week, the Crawfords provide delicious home-cooked meals, followed by lively and enriching discussions about life in Christ. Their home transforms into a cozy haven filled with board games and movies, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all. Along with ministry nights, they also offer outings on the boat, movie and game nights, and holiday gatherings.
