MINISTRY FOCUS

Shay and Grace will be working in Cadence Student Ministry at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Shay intends to expand and deepen the middle school and high school ministry through coaching or other opportunities, while also discipling the students who faithfully attend the youth group.

FAITH

Shay came to know Jesus Christ at a young age, but his faith wasn’t fully realized until he was in the USAF. He fully dedicated his life to Christ, choosing to be baptized as a profession of faith in front of the chapel community in August 2021. Since then, Shay has been involved as a volunteer, intern, and teacher in Cadence ministries

FAMILY

Shay was born and raised in the small town of Seneca, Pennsylvania. Shay and Grace were married in June 2024 in Okinawa, Japan. Grace is still on active duty in the US Air Force. Shay separated from the US Air Force to pursue ministry.
