MINISTRY FOCUS

Rusty and Kimberly are excited to serve as Cadence Associate Field Staff (CAFS) and provide support to another CAFS couple serving at the Wiesbaden Hospitality Haus in Germany. Their primary ministry is to young single soldiers and young married couples.

FAITH

Rusty’s faith began through the ministry of a youth group. Over the years, he has enjoyed mentoring and discipling middle and high schoolers through small-group studies, outreach, and mission trips. He has transitioned into serving in adult small group studies and missions ministries.

Growing up, Kimberly knew of Jesus, but did not come to a saving faith until college when a friend shared the gospel with her. Before that, she thought Christianity was about living a moral life. She now knows salvation is not something you can earn but is a free gift offered to us through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.

FAMILY

Rusty is from Florida, and Kim grew up in Maine. They met in the military in 1996 and were married in 1998. They have five children: Sydney, who is married to Alex and is expecting their first child (Sebastian) in July, Hannah, twin boys Camden and Colten, and Vier.
