MINISTRY FOCUS

Levi and Hannah’s focus with Cadence is to reach and disciple military members through hospitality and consistent relationships. They desire to create a welcoming home environment where service members can belong, be encouraged, and experience Christ-centered community. Involvement in their local church has shaped how they approach care, follow-up, and discipleship in everyday settings. They will work to build strong partnerships that sustain the mission and keep the ministry healthy for the long term.

FAITH

Levi came to faith in a home where Jesus was always present, so the message of salvation was familiar from an early age. Over time, he wandered spiritually, like the prodigal son, and chased his own way, growing emptier because of it. The Lord brought him back with open arms, conviction, and mercy, reminding Levi that His grace is real and His love is everlasting. Now Levi’s faith is personal, active, and tied to a clear calling to live out his life serving in a ministry that accomplishes the Great Commission.

From a young age, Hannah loved serving in church, going on mission trips, and learning about Jesus. She first put her trust in Him at a summer camp when she was 11. She has had many mentors in her life who have helped her grow in her faith. While her journey has not been a straightforward one, everything she has done in life has drawn her back to ministry, and she is excited to serve with Cadence. Hannah desires to be obedient to God, point people to Jesus, love them, and keep seeking and learning more about God’s Word.

FAMILY

The Stephens live in South Dakota near Ellsworth Air Force Base. They have a son, Jace, and a baby girl due in June. Together, they run a dog training business. Levi is attending seminary as he prepares for vocational ministry and pastoral work. They are grateful for the community God has given them and are excited about the season ahead.
