MINISTRY FOCUS

Cole is serving as a SkillBridge Intern. He and his wife, Quintessa, desire to support and serve Victory Ranch’s mission by helping create an environment where people can encounter Christ and grow in their faith. They desire to help cultivate a welcoming, Christ-centered hospitality house where guests experience care, encouragement, and spiritual refreshment during their time at the ranch. The Browns desire to invest in relationships, mentor young people, and assist in discipleship opportunities through camps, retreats, and daily ministry activities. Their goal is to serve wherever needed, model servant leadership, and help others experience spiritual growth and transformation through Christ.

FAITH

Cole was raised by his mother and knew from an early age that God was real, Jesus was His Son, and the Bible is the Word of God. As he grew, he desired more guidance on the deeper things of God and began seeking that understanding on his own. Later in life, Cole began watching videos that led him to teachings on the Book of Revelation, which sparked a strong desire to read the Bible for himself. While reading Scripture from beginning to end, he realized how much he still did not understand and reached out to a local pastor for guidance.

Quintessa grew up knowing about God and what Jesus did for her, but for the most part, she only attended church during holidays, and her life did not truly reflect her belief. As a child, she would often talk to God in her room and recalls feeling a sense of peace, even though she did not yet fully understand what it meant to follow Him.

After Cole and Quintessa were married and had their first son, they began attending a church where they grew in their understanding of the gospel and what Christ accomplished for them through His death and resurrection. Together, their faith deepened, and in 2012, they were baptized together as a public expression of their faith in Christ. Since then, the Browns have continued to grow in their faith as individuals, as a married couple, and as parents, teaching their three sons what it means to trust in God and follow Him

FAMILY

Cole and Quintessa love raising their three sons, Deondre, Devante, and Dequantre. Their family has been shaped by military life as the Army has taken them to different places and introduced them to many people and experiences along the way. Through it all, they desire to keep Christ at the center of their home. As a family, they value time together, serving others, and growing in their faith wherever the Lord places them.
