MINISTRY FOCUS

The Homestead Hospitality House has served the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) military community for over a decade. JBER is home to over 32,000 soldiers, airmen, DOD civilians, and family members. JBER is located in South-central Alaska amid picturesque, majestic, snow-capped mountains, lakes, rivers, and glaciers. The closest large city is Anchorage.

The Homestead is currently staffed by Christine Graham. Her husband is an active-duty Chaplain stationed at JBER. The Homestead is open on Friday nights for a fellowship meal, Bible study, prayer, and worship. They are excited to plan some outdoor adventures and will host holiday meals and activities as able. They enjoy using the house to host monthly Chaplain gatherings and other small group events, Bible studies, and meetings.
