MINISTRY FOCUS

The Homestead Hospitality House near Shaw Air Force Base opened in March 2026 and is located twelve minutes from the main gate in Wedgefield, South Carolina. Ben and Simi Hallford are the House Directors at The Homestead. They joined Cadence International in 2021 and previously served at the Cadence Hospitality House in Alaska at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

Ben and Simi love sharing their lives and the gospel with the military community. They open their home weekly as a place for active-duty service members and their families stationed at Shaw Air Force Base to experience Christian fellowship.

Join The Homestead community on Friday nights at 6 pm for a home-cooked meal and Bible study. Ben and Simi are born explorers and love to share this passion with their community. Occasionally, there will be opportunities to join in outdoor activities and adventures in South Carolina.
