MINISTRY FOCUS

The Cadence Associate Field Staff (CAFS) program exists for people who have a heart for Cadence and for the military but are not able to serve as full-time staff. Associate field staff (CAFS) may work in partnership with Cadence staff or as a standalone Cadence presence in a military community. CAFS may serve in any of the following areas: Cadence Adult Ministry (CAM), Cadence Student Ministry (CSM), or Cadence Children’s Ministry (CCM). CAFS will receive training specific to their ministry focus. Our hope is this program will also provide a steppingstone to full-time Cadence ministry.
