Communications & Branding

As you begin ministry at your new location, please follow these guidelines related to public communications and branding.

 

    1. Review your personal and ministry profiles to ensure both are current. Submit changes through the following forms:
    2. Be sure to review our Brand Standards.
    3. House names are constant and cannot be changed with the arrival of new directors.
    4. The Communications team can help you create a ministry logo if one is not established, or a new logo is desired.
    5. The Communications team is available to help design or partner with you to create ministry signage. If you work with a local vendor, please note that all signage must be approved by the Director of Communications.
    6. Cadence apparel is available through Queensboro. If you would like ministry-specific items, please contact the Communications team.
    7. Create a consistent rhythm of communicating with your supporters. Quarterly printed newsletters and monthly emails or Epistle updates are ideal.
    8. We depend upon your engagement during any design process. When a draft design is emailed to you, please respond in a timely manner so we can process your edits or fulfill your request.
