Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are an essential part of Cadence International’s ministry, contributing in diverse and meaningful ways. Opportunities to serve include facility and grounds maintenance, vehicle and equipment repair, and special projects. In addition, volunteers may assist with tutoring, childcare support, meal preparation, and various ministry-related activities. Whether your strengths lie in practical skills, relational support, or specialized service, there is a place for you to make a difference. 

Currently we are seeking volunteers in two main areas: 

1. The Facilities Team is seeking short-term volunteers to assist with a wide range of projects. This team is responsible for the skilled upkeep of Cadence-owned homes and ministry properties, performing everything from routine maintenance to more complex renovations. Volunteers may travel to ministry locations across the U.S. and internationally for up to six weeks, working in collaboration with Field Leaders and Ministry Directors. 
2. The Ministry Support Team is looking for volunteers who love to come alongside and help. Help with childcare, assist with a VBS or retreat, cook and clean, organize a team from their church–the possibilities are limitless. Opportunities for service range from one week to one year. 

Once an application and background check are completed, you will be put on a roster for future projects.  Notifications will be sent out for projects as they arise, and you’ll be able to decide if you are able to commit.
