Andrea is a member of the Pastoral Care Team and serves the Cadence field staff through coaching, counseling, mentoring, and discipling. Visiting the fields is a critical part of her role on the team and enables her to build relationships and trust with our staff.
Often, people don’t reach out for help to someone they don’t know, so being face-to-face and building relationships with missionaries is crucial. Generally, Andrea tries to maximize this relational investment by attending events such as staff conferences, where she can connect with multiple people during one visit. This fund will enable her to make these critical connections and benefit the spiritual wellness of our Cadence missionaries.
If this project is canceled for any reason or if excess funds are raised, any remaining balance will be used to further the ministry of Cadence International. The local ministry raising funds for this project will be given first consideration.
