Pastoral Care Team
The Pastoral Care Team provides counseling, debriefing, coaching, and spiritual formation training to Cadence field missionaries and HQ staff. Through Member Care retreats, field conferences, personal visits, and calls, they help staff maintain spiritual vitality, emotional health, and physical energy as they minister to the military community.
