Gifts In Kind
You can help by giving tangible gifts to Cadence International and its ministries. These may include buildings, homes, automobiles, office supplies, home remodeling materials, or other needed items.
Contact Headquarters or a Cadence missionary to ask what they might need for their ministry.
Gifts in Kind are tax deductible so far as the law allows.
Appreciated Assets
Certain gifts, such as stock gifts, other appreciated securities, and IRA distributions, have special tax advantages for donors, while benefiting the ministry of Cadence.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
A DAF is a charitable giving vehicle that allows an individual, family, or organization to make an irrevocable contribution to a sponsoring nonprofit organization, receive an immediate charitable tax deduction, and then recommend grants to qualified charities over time.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
A QCD allows individuals who are age 70½ or older to direct up to $100,000 per year from their IRA directly to a qualified charitable organization, with the amount transferred counting toward the individual’s required minimum distribution but excluded from taxable income.
