CADENCE STORY

Thomas first became acquainted with Cadence International in the 1980’s when it was known as Overseas Christian Servicemen’s Center. He had the privilege of working with the headquarters team and learned firsthand about their amazing outreach and ministry impact in the hearts of those serving in the Armed Forces around the World. God’s kingdom work in the ranks of our nation’s military is on the march through the ministry of Cadence International and he counts it a high privilege to be a part of that team.

Thomas was raised in a Christian home and attended an Evangelical Free Church as a child; however, it was at the age of 12, at a Billy Graham Crusade in Chicago, Illinois, that he accepted Christ as his personal Savior. Though he considered himself a Christian due to his upbringing by godly parents, he desired to affirm and confirm his personal acceptance, which he did that night.

Thomas has been married to Linda since 1981, and they have three children, Sarah (married to Dan, with grandson Andrew), Tomme, and Stephen. He is an attorney and owner of TNS & Associates, P.C., Attorneys at Law. He is also the General Counsel for and Affiliate Business Law Professor at Colorado Christian University.

Linda is a retired elementary education school teacher. Sarah works as a teacher, Dan works for VISA as a project manager, Tomme is a CSU grad and owns his own marketing firm, and Stephen is in law school.

Thomas was born and raised in the Chicago area and has lived in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Dallas, and New York before settling in Denver in 1973. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
