CADENCE STORY

During his time as a Cadet at Texas A&M University, Stephan was faithfully discipled by some upperclassmen. These seniors in the Corps of Cadets had been discipled by Cadence staff, David Cordell, and they carried on David’s ministry by discipling others in turn. Years later, Stephan was connected with John Albers, former president of the Cadence Board of Directors, who explained that Stephan’s discipleship experience during those crucial years at college reflected the mission and focus of Cadence International: to share the gospel and their lives with the military community. Stephen immediately knew this organization was something he wanted to be part of, to help the Cadence mission continue and spread the gospel.

Stephan currently serves as a logistics officer in the Marine Corps.
