MINISTRY FOCUS

Both Joe and Caitlin grew up as Navy dependents, and then Joe joined the Navy as an adult. They married soon after Joe graduated from C School. Once Joe finished his Navy career in Guam, the Fletchers became full-time missionaries with Cadence International in 2017. They run The Anchor Hospitality House at N.A.S. Oceana in Virginia Beach for the service members and families stationed there. They primarily focus on their Friday Night Bible Study but also open their home at other times as they share the gospel and their lives with their military community.

FAITH

The Fletchers believe God is the creator of all things and has authority over everything. Man sinned and broke the relationship with their creator through the Fall. This sin passed to the human race, who perpetuated the divide. But God bridged the gap by sending His perfect Son, Jesus, to die as the payment for the sins of all on the cross. Knowing that nothing can be done to earn salvation and that faith is a free gift from God, Joe and Caitlin have accepted His gift with thanksgiving and endeavor to serve Him in obedience, glorify Him, and enjoy Him forever. Joe came to this saving faith at the age of eighteen and Caitlin at the age of six. They share their lives and the gospel in the spirit of 1 Thessalonians 2:8.

God has blessed Joe and Caitlin with two children, Olivia and Franklin.
