MINISTRY FOCUS

Doyle passed into the loving arms of his Savior on March 1, 2024. His kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, and service to the Lord was a testimony to all.

Doyle and Chris operated an Airmen’s Ministry Center (AMC). In 2014, they were able to expand Higher Grounds, so that they had even more space. They encouraged the singles in the dorms to make this their “living room” away from home. They could come and make friends, study, relax with movies, cable TV, and video games. While there, Doyle and Chris encouraged them to get involved as volunteer leaders at Higher Grounds, helping to oversee its day-to-day operation.

FAMILY

Doyle and Chris have two daughters and five grandchildren. Their oldest daughter Michelle lives in Stirling, Kansas with her husband Jed. Jed is a Senior Executive with Cenex oil. Their children are Mikaela and Brody.

Their youngest daughter Lisa lives in Quebec, Canada with her husband Andrew. They are missionaries with Capenwray Bible Schools. Their 3 boys are Isaiah, Ezra, and Judah.
