MINISTRY FOCUS

Since Dennis’ military retirement in 2016, the Kellys have been providing pastoral care and ministry support to international missionaries from their home aboard a 38’ sailboat. Their Navy experience, work in missions, and heart for the military community led them to join Cadence’s Limited-Term staff in late 2019.

FAITH

Dennis and Brandy both came to faith in Christ as children. Their faith grew into a defining part of their lives in college ministry. Service in their local church and military chapels has been a major part of their Christian walk.

FAMILY

Dennis and Brandy have been married since 1996. Dennis served 21 years in the Navy, first as a SWO and then 12 years as a Chaplain. They have five children – Hope (2002), Caleb (2004), Sarah (2006), and twin boys, Micah and Seth (2009). Since 2016, “home” is wherever the anchor of Ankyrios, their catamaran, drops.
