MINISTRY FOCUS

Carl & Joyce joined Overseas Christian Service Centers (now Cadence International) in February 1987 after completion of the three-year pastoral studies program at GRSBM, Grand Rapids, MI, and ordination. Their first assignment, September 1987, was Wildflecken Germany HH Ministry followed by re-assignment to the Baumholder HH Ministry. Health issues brought them back to Fort Huachuca AZ HH ministry in 1996, their last 17 years were spent serving at Luke AFB AZ.

Carl serves as an Ambassador; Joyce went Home to be with her Savior on June 27, 2022. Cadence Ambassadors have worked with the mission for a minimum of ten years of full-time service. During this season of appointment, Ambassadors are often involved with their local military community, sharing about Cadence ministries within their spheres of influence.

FAITH

Carl accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 31 through much prayer and the faithful witness of an employee.
