MINISTRY FOCUS

Jeff and Abby are excited to serve the military community at Ford Hood in Texas, the first military locale where they have the opportunity to serve together. Abby spent a summer as a Cadence Intern in 2025 at Yokota Air Base in Japan. At Ford Hood, Abby serves as a Cadence Associate Field Staff (CAFS), with Jeff in a support role, as he continues his active-duty service as a 2LT in the 3rd Cavalry Regiment. Together, the Davises desire to see individuals in the military community come to know Jesus Christ as both the Savior and Lord of their lives.

FAITH

Jeff did not grow up in the church. In college, he became involved with a campus ministry and began to hear the truth of the Bible. During his sophomore year, he committed his life to Christ and was baptized on the front porch of the campus ministry’s building. Abby grew up in the church, but it wasn’t until high school that she fully surrendered her life to Christ. Since beginning to follow Christ, Abby has had a heart for sharing the truth of Jesus with those around her.

FAMILY

Jeff is from Lexington, Kentucky, and Abby is from Lebanon, Ohio. They met at Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky, and were married in December of 2025. They began their early months of marriage navigating the challenges of the Army’s Ranger School and the separation that entailed. They understand the unique hardships military life can present and desire to be God’s hands and feet to those in the military.
