Limited-Term Staff

Cadence Limited Term Ministry (LTM) provides temporary staff to fill needs in established Cadence ministries. These assignments range in their roles and duration. LTM staff may operate a hospitality ministry during a full-time missionary’s absence, or they may come alongside staff in support of children’s and student ministry or facilities maintenance. During an assignment, LTM staff are deeply involved in military communities and help foster a healthy Christ-centered community.    

Responsibilities reflect the required needs of the specific ministry location. These may include planning and conducting regular ministry programs, mentoring Christians as they deepen their faith in Jesus, practicing hospitality, training volunteers, building relationships with service members and their families, and supporting chapel communities.
