Limited Term Ministry Staff

Cadence Limited Term Ministry Staff (LTMS) serve as essential team members who are willing to say yes to keep a ministry running smoothly in the absence of our staff. Depending on availability and ministry needs, these short-term assignments—ranging from one month to one year—ensure continuity, investment, and presence within our established Cadence ministries.

LTMS may lead a hospitality ministry, children’s ministry, or student ministry while the staff is away, depending on their gift set and willingness. Regardless of the role, LTMS actively engage in military communities, continuing to foster Christ-centered relationships by sharing the gospel and their lives.

Responsibilities vary by location and may include:

• Planning and leading regular ministry programs
• Mentoring individuals in their walk with Christ
• Practicing intentional hospitality
• Building meaningful relationships with service members and their families
• Supporting local chapel communities
• Maintaining contact with chaplains, military personnel, and dependents in the community. 
• General maintenance and upkeep of the facility. 

By stepping into these roles, LTMS provide vital support that allows the ministry to continue uninterrupted, offering stability, encouragement, and spiritual growth to military communities.
