Field Staff Annual Self-Review - Cadence International

Cadence believes that all our Staff are to be proactive in their spiritual, personal, and professional growth. The Annual Review provides a great opportunity to discuss these areas of growth with your Field Leaders. This also ensures that each ministry remains aligned with the Cadence Way and the Cadence Core Values (see attached). The Cadence Road (coming soon) is a new picture and metaphor under development that will eventually replace the Cadence Frame. The Annual Review includes a combination of this self-review, a written field leader review, and a ministry site visit from your Field Leaders.

The purpose of this Annual Review is to create open and helpful dialogue, celebrate your ministry, identify opportunities, and establish goals for growth in the coming year. Please take time to thoughtfully answer each question to give a transparent picture of your life and ministry.
