Facilities Maintenance Team

The Facilities Maintenance Team provides skilled upkeep to all Cadence-owned homes and properties, from basic improvements to more extensive projects. They travel to ministry locations in the U.S. and overseas for up to six weeks at a time, working in coordination with Field Leaders and ministry Directors.

Responsibilities may include appraisal of the property’s needs, painting, handyman services, and construction. Team members must be flexible, self-starters, collaborative and service-oriented, and have prior experience in construction or maintenance.
