Associate Field Staff

Gospel-filled relationships and intentional ministry on military installations are needed around the world. Wherever you are stationed, how might God be working in your community and what could your role could be? We would love to explore with you the opportunity CAFS offers for you to be equipped and supported for ministry in your community. 

The Cadence Associate Field Staff (CAFS) program exists for people who have a heart for Cadence and for the military but are not able to serve as full-time staff. Associate field staff (CAFS) may work in partnership with Cadence staff or as a standalone Cadence presence in a military community. CAFS may serve in any of the following areas: Cadence Adult Ministry (CAM), Cadence Student Ministry (CSM), or Cadence Children’s Ministry (CCM). CAFS will receive training specific to their ministry focus. Our hope is this program will also provide a stepping stone to full-time Cadence ministry.
