Cadence Executive Leadership provides overall strategic planning, direction, shepherding, stewardship, and spiritual guidance to the mission and vision of Cadence International.
David Schroeder, President
David was born and raised with his five siblings on the mission field of northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia. His parents ministered to the lumbermen and fishermen in the remote town of Tahsis. Joining Cadence International originally to perform with the Malachi Singers, his heart for reaching the military with the gospel has steered his thirty plus years of ministry.
Natalie Harper, CFO/Director of Finance
In January of 2000, Natalie moved to Colorado with an accounting degree and a heart to serve the Lord. She began her career in nonprofit financial management, which led her to Cadence in 2008. Natalie considers it a privilege to serve the Lord in her role at Cadence, as well as being mom to her adopted daughter, Alaya.
Todd Tillapaugh, Vice President for Field Ministries
Todd was raised in Denver, Colorado and started serving with Cadence as an intern in 1985. Todd has a deep passion for the local church and loves playing basketball. Todd has three children and he and wife Karla live in Westminster, CO.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides overall governance and guidance for the mission of Cadence International and oversight to the stewardship of its staff and finances. Coming from diverse backgrounds, board members offer their own expertise and life experiences to the organization. Board members also periodically visit staff on the field where they obtain a first-hand view and connection to the people and ministries they serve.
