There is a need for $6,000 to complete improvements at the Victory Villa Hospitality House.
We have identified three projects we would like to address as soon as possible:
- The Victory Villa Hospitality House has wonderful ministry space that is useable on the patio most of the year. We would like to improve that space by installing awnings over the three archways on the patio. These will help provide some relief from the sun in the summer, but need to be retractable to protect them from the storms in the winter. ($3,000)
- Bible studies, worship, and youth group meetings take place in a large, open meeting space at the Villa. There is lots of room, but the tile floors, plaster walls, and wooden ceiling create sound challenges we would like to address. We plan to consult with acoustical engineers to help improve the sound quality. We know that sound absorbing panels will be part of the solution. ($1,000)
- Located on the Villa property is an old apartment building that is falling down. It has been used for storage, but the roofs are caving in. Since the Villa has no basement, we would like to build a storage shed on the property. ($2,000)
