There is a need for $6,200 to complete improvements at the Villa Hospitality House.

The following projects will be completed with these funds:

The Villa has a termite infestation that needs to be addressed. The estimated total cost is around $3,250.
The refrigerator has stopped cooling. We could repair the appliance for around $625; however, we believe the better long-term solution would be to replace the refrigerator for an estimated cost of $1,700.
The local police have informed us that we need to trip trees so we do not damage our neighbor’s apartment building. The estimate for this project is approximately $1,150.
